Online Directory Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the SPTA Online Directory.  The SPTA is a 501c3 non-profit organization.  The SPTG recognizes the importance to its members of the discreet and confidential handling of their personal information. The Online Directory is accessible ONLY to SPTA members of the current school year (defined as an individual or family who has paid the annual membership fee).  As a general principle, the SPTA will not use personal information for a purpose other than the creation of the Online Directory, unless the SPTA has obtained consent for such use.
   

Each current member of the SPTA will have the option of printing a personal copy of the Online Directory for their own personal use.  No part of the Online Directory may be reproduced or transmitted in any form for any means (including but not limited to electronic, photocopy, recorded or otherwise) without the prior consent of the SPTG.  The contents of the Online Directory may not be used for any commercial purpose." The SPTA is not responsible for the reproduction or misuse of personal information by any of its SPTA members in violation of the SPTA Privacy Policy.
